Older Workers – Some Are at Work, And Some Do Not Have Neither Job, Nor Pension
Center for Democracy Foundation commenced few months ago work on the project “Let’s Stop Age Discrimination and Endorse Active Ageing”
Among numerous prejudices of our everyday life are those about ineptness and exhaustment of the older member of our social community. To make the paradox even bigger, as much as the life span is being increased, the line of crossing from period of middle age to elderly is being decreased. There are different methods of excluding rejecting the elderly, but one especially drastic and harsh is their exclusion from labor market by losing their jobs with weak chances for new employment.
