Policies Beneficial to All - Improving Monitoring of the Impact of Economic Policies on Society
The Center for Democracy foundation organised a consultative workshop on 5 December 2022, where the publication Methodological Framework for Measuring the Impact of Economic Policies on Society, authored by Assoc. Prof. Marina Savković, PhD, was presented.
Partaking in the discussion were: Assoc. Prof. Marina Savković, PhD, Sarita Bradaš, Osman Balić, Prof. Zoran Stojiljković, PhD, as well as representatives of the Ministry of Justice, Commissioner for the Protection of Equality, United Branch Trade Union Independence, Alliance of Independent Trade Unions of Serbia, SSP and the following CSOs: Zrenjanin Social Forum Association, Academic Initiative, Forum 10, YUROM Centre, Centre of Modern Skills, Partners Serbia, Civic Initiatives, Belgrade Law Conference, Center for Democracy Foundation, and others.
CSOs, participants of the mentoring programme, presented their analyses of the following local public policies during the roundtable held under the title: Measuring the Impact of Public Policies on Society and Negotiations: Community Activities Development Strategy for the Town of Zrenjanin (Zrenjanin Social Forum of the Town of Zrenjanin); Focusing on Youths - Analysis of the Effects of Political Employment in Novi Pazar (Academic Initiative Forum 10 from Novi Pazar); Monitoring the Planning and Implementation of Local Policies Toward the Roma Population in the Town of Niš (YUROM Centre from Niš).
The Policies Beneficial to All - Improving Monitoring of the Impact of Economic Policies on Society is a project which the Center for Democracy Foundation instigates in 2021 and 2022 with the support of the Open Society Foundation Serbia.
