The workshop was organised through the programme Belgrade EuroPride 2022
The following workshop: Together to the Decent Work Standards for LGBT+ People and Sustainable Development was organised by the Center for Democracy Foundation, within the framework of the Socioeconomic Rights and Sustainable Development project.
The workshop was organised at the Miljenko Dereta venue in Belgrade through the programme: Belgrade EuroPride 2022.
The workshop dealt with the challenges and issues facing LGBT+ people on the labour market from the viewpoint of civil society organisations (CSOs) and the possibility of working with trade unions in overcoming these challenges.
The aim of the workshop was to establish a better sense of understanding between trade unions and CSOs that represent vulnerable groups in the labour market and which deal with the position of the LGBT+ community. The workshop was led by CSO experts.
The project "Socioeconomic Rights and Sustainable Development" is implemented by the Center for Democracy Foundation with the support of the Olof Palme International Center.
