The third webinar in 20th anniversary series was moderated by ALDA Director of Skopje office & SEE Regional Programmes Coordinator Ivana Petrovska, with introductory and conclusive speeches of ALDA President Oriano Otočan and ALDA Secretary General Antonella Valmorbida and the interventions of Andrej Zernovski (Deputy Minister, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of North Macedonia); Colin Wolfe (Head of Unit WB Regional Cooperation and Programmes - DG NEAR); Nataša Vučković (Director, Foundation Center for Democracy); Nikola Dobroslavić (President of the Croatian Delegation to the European Committee of the Regions, member of the CIVEX and COTER commissions and Prefect of the Dubrovnik-Neretva County).
