She began her career in telecommunications, where she developed strong skills in financial analytics. Since 2020, she has been part of the finance team at the Center for Democracy Foundation, focusing on financial management of projects.
Her work involves close collaboration and communication with donors and partners, preparation of financial reports, and oversight of small grant allocations, with particular emphasis on transparent and accountable fund management. Katarina excels in budget analysis and planning, contributing significantly to the achievement of the organization’s objectives.
Proficient in the use of advanced software tools, including Microsoft Excel, Katarina has proven to be a reliable and methodical team member who approaches all tasks with professionalism, both in team settings and independently.
