Before you is the new edition of the Report on the State of Labor Rights in the Republic of Serbia for 2025, prepared by the Center for Democracy Foundation. As in previous editions, the main goal of the Report is to contribute to the improvement of the protection and realization of labor rights in the Republic of Serbia through the analysis of key economic, institutional and legislative developments that affect the position of employees and the functioning of the labor market. The analysis covers the period from January 1 to December 31, 2025 and is based on available statistical data, relevant legislative acts, public policy documents, reports of international organizations, as well as publicly available analyzes and research related to the state of labor and social rights.
