PLATFORM for Monitoring of the Implementation of the Economic Reform Programme ERP and the Employment and Social Reform Programme ESRP in the European Integration Process
Platform aimed to establish effective dialogue between the Government of the Republic of Serbia and the civil society in the Republic of Serbia about the implementation of the key reform measures for the Republic of Serbia’s economic and social development, contained in the relevant areas of the Economic Reform Programme and the Employment and Social Reform Programme. Platform was signed between NCEU representatives (Center for Democracy Foundation, Center for European Policies, European Movement in Serbia and NALED) and Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Labour, Employment, Veteran and Social issues, and with the Social Inclusion and Poverty Reduction Unit.
Women and Labour Market – Decent Work Standards in Practice
Within this project and activities implemented, CDF contributed to the improvement of socio economic position of women in Serbia through advocating for decent work standards and sustainable development. We organized a Workshop with aim to identify key aspects, streamline the activities and strengthen cooperation among stakeholders. Analysis “Position of Women in the Labour Market” was conducted and disseminated, and also presented on the final conference.
Working Decently in Serbia
In 2017 the Center will implement the project Working Decently in Serbia – towards improved protection of labour rights through cooperation of the civil society and the trade unions The cooperation between CSOs and the trade unions is envisaged through exchange of experience and skills, in view of the necessity to continuously strengthen our capacities in addressing continuously aggravating situation in the field of labour rights. In January 2015, Center for Democracy Foundation started realization of the project: “Towards Increased Transparency and Clear Criteria for Employment in Public Sector – Stop Political Employment”.
