Uvodne prezentacije dali su Radovan Ristanović, direktor Inspektorata za rad (Ministarstvo rada i socijalne politike), Vera Božić Trefalt, direktorka Uprave za bezbednost i zdravlje na radu (Ministarstvo rada i socijalne politike) i Prof. dr Ksenija Petovar, direktorka programa u Centru za demokratiju. Tokom debate, učesnicima je predstavljeno istraživanje koje je sprovedeno u 100 kompanija širom Srbije (sa 100 poslodavaca i 500 zaposlenih), koje je pokazalo da je samo mali broj zaposlenih upoznat sa sadržinom Akta u svojim firmama i da je bezbednost nakon njegovog donošenja samo delimično unapređena.
