Dragoljub Mićunović, Reform or Restoration
To change or to collapse! This is almost Hamlet’s dilemma for all those who have an insight in our reality, have knowledge of our present situation and strategically contemplate on our future. “The salvation lays in changes”, say many. Then again, it is as far as they agree. Majority of politicians and analysts agreeing does not go beyond this slogan, considering that changes may have diverse directions, can be accomplished in various ways and differently defined.
Therefore, our epic social debate merely starts here, through the debate on purpose and direction of the changes. It is not a rare case that one nation or one state faces such a choice, which determines further flow of events for a long time…
